Upon completion of the form, you will receive an RMA Number and Authorization with shipping instructions.
In the event your cable is not working, you are required to notify Quadrangle Products within 30 days from the original ship date. Quadrangle Products is not responsible for cables showing signs of misuse or damage. If it is determined the cable needs to be re-worked or modified, you need to obtain a RMA number from Quadrangle Products.
Please note: cables returned without a RMA number will not be accepted.
